Frustrated Herdsmen State Readiness To Vacate Benue Valley

The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, MACBAN, Benue chapter, says its members are ready to leave the Benue valley as the November 1 deadline for the implementation of the state’s Anti-Open Grazing Law draws nearer. The Chairman of the association, Garus Gololo, told the News Agency of Nigeria on Tuesday in Makurdi that since the Government made no provision to accommodate their cattle and was insistent on the implementation of the law, they had no option than to leave the state. “This law is confusing, for instance, they have said they are not chasing out the Fulani’s from the state but they have made no provision for our cattle, the cattle markets and even other cattle. “They have told us to buy land for ranches, but the question is from who; you know that the process of getting land from the government is tedious, yet they are insisting that we must buy land for ranches. “When you buy the land, you need the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) to qualify for owne

The 2017 Mazda Vision Car Is The Most Beautiful Sedan You've Ever Seen

Image

The exterior features a “one motion” form that exudes a sense of speed and the interior combines three-dimensional depth with a strong longitudinal axis to create a relaxed space that maintains a sense of speed. It was unveiled at the 45th Tokyo Motor Show in Japan and the design will be used in upcoming models.. We used to love Mazda cars in Nigeria but something went wrong. Well, can this new design make Nigerians fall in love with Mazda again? See more photos below and tell us what you feel about the ride. For me, that front fascia is everything.

A futuristic rail system featuring track-less trains and virtual lines was launched in a Chinese city yesterday. Termed as the world’s first ‘smart train’, the vehicle runs on virtual rail lines through the bustling streets of Zhuzhou in China’s Hunan Province, reported People’s Daily Online. The train could travel as quickly as 70kmh, or 43 mph, and carry as many as 300 passengers. The rail system, called ART or Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit, has been developed by China’s CRRC Corporation Limited, one of the world’s largest train manufacturers.  It’s set to speed up public transportation of Zhuzhou, a city with about four million residents, before being popularised to other parts of China. The train, sporting sleek livery, is somewhat a hybrid between a long bus and a traditional tram. It could carry much more passengers than a bus and unlike a tram, it doesn’t run
