Makurdi Flood - achusa village completely submerged

Achusa village in makurdi has been completely submerged under water.

The village which is mostly made of rice farms is apparently the most affected part of makurdi by the flood..
It's a sad sight...

Ps: for those wandering what caused the flood, it's just collected rain that can't find its way to the river.. It's not the dam in Cameroon...

Let's just hope and pray that the dam doesn't overflow this year or else it would be a disaster

Buhari Approves New Rail Line From Kano To Daura, Port-Harcourt To Maiduguri

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved a rail line from Kano to his hometown in Daura, Jibia local government areas of Katsina state. This was disclosed by Rotimi Ameachi, the minister of transportation, at The Osasu Show Symposium — which bothers on the economy and its effects on the less privileged — in Abuja on Friday.
